1. Service Description

PortX Pro is an AI-powered financial analysis platform that provides automated stock evaluations using audited financial statements, real-time market data, and technical indicators processed by large-language models. The service generates informational investment intelligence including “CONSIDER” or “AVOID” signals and summary analysis in a Warren Buffett–style framework.

PortX Pro does not provide personalized investment advice, brokerage services, or asset management. All content is for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility & Access

PortX Pro is intended only for users legally permitted to engage in financial and investment-related activities in their jurisdiction. No trading or brokerage account is required. Users provide their email address in order to receive analysis reports and platform updates.

3. Membership & Subscription Plans

PortX Pro offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

Basic (Free): Limited access to email-based market commentary and summaries.
Premium (€49 → €19/month): Full email-based analysis, including CONSIDER / AVOID decisions and historical performance context.
Premium+ (€199 → €99/month): Full email access, detailed PDF reports, financial breakdowns, and advanced analytics.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Users may cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the billing period.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Because PortX Pro delivers immediate access to proprietary financial analysis and digital content, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property & Use Restrictions

All PortX Pro content—including reports, emails, analysis text, models, scoring systems, and PDFs—is the intellectual property of PortX Pro. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, scraping, automating extraction, or using the content for any commercial or competitive purpose.

Premium and Premium+ users may be required to accept confidentiality and non-redistribution obligations prior to receiving reports.

6. Risk Disclosure

Financial markets involve risk. Past performance, model outputs, or historical results shown by PortX Pro do not guarantee future returns. All investment decisions made by users are their sole responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

PortX Pro shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, including but not limited to financial losses, opportunity costs, or trading damages, arising from the use of or reliance on its content, models, or outputs.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

PortX Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, including misuse of content, automation, redistribution, or fraudulent activity. Termination does not entitle the user to any refund.

9. Changes to Terms

PortX Pro may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance. Users will be notified via email of material changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
